Estimate the shipping YourBeans charges you for an order. It uses the same rate engine we bill from. Your actual charge is based on your order's total weight and delivery postcode.
Total for the whole order (a 1kg bag is 1000g, a 250g bag is 250g).

Label Upload
How Custom Labels Work
Upload your custom label design for each product. Your label will be printed and applied to coffee bags during fulfillment, creating a branded experience for your customers.
One label covers both sizes
Upload just one label per blend. The same design is printed on both your 250g and 1kg bags, so there is no need to upload a separate file for each size.
Every label includes small 250g and 1kg tick-boxes and a roast indicator. Our fulfilment team ticks the correct box when packing each order, which is how a single label works across both bag sizes.
Taster packs
A taster pack bundles all three of your blends (in 250g or 1kg) at a discount you set. It uses the same labels as your individual blends, with no new artwork needed.
For printing, supply all your blend labels in one multi-page PDF, one blend per page. We print the full set together for each taster pack.
Label Specifications
- Fill the label — run your background colour to all four edges (no white border)
- Keep important elements 5mm from edges (safe zone)
- Use bold fonts for readability on coffee bags
- Include your brand logo and product name
- Consider adding roast level or flavour notes
- Include 250g and 1kg tick-boxes and a roast indicator so we can mark the packed size (one label then covers both bag sizes)

How Subscribe & Save Works
Offer your customers recurring coffee deliveries with automatic discounts. Customers can choose weekly, fortnightly, or monthly delivery schedules.

Enable Subscriptions on Products
After configuring settings above, attach the subscription option to your products:
- Go to Products in your Shopify admin
- Edit a coffee product
- Scroll to Purchase options section
- Click Subscriptions, preorders, try before you buy, and more
- Select yourbeans-subscribe-save from the list
- Save the product
How Per-Order Billing Works
When your customers place orders, we automatically charge your card for the wholesale cost (COGS + shipping).
No prepaid credits needed - you only pay when you make sales.
Charges appear as "YOURBEANS" on your statement.
